But I do what I can - soups for after school snack, e.g., and today, dip with mayo and Lucy's It. dressing recipe, and vegetable sticks since I'm in a rush. I don't use hydrogenated fat in baking and try to sneak in whole wheat pastry flour (for the non-SCDers) and I do most of my cooking and baking from scratch.
