Guest guest
Hey there! Several people have written in to my discussion board at OnHealth.com regarding a program called " Weigh Down Workshop " . Have any of you tried it? Do you know anything about it? I had never heard of it, but I know someone on this list has got to have the skinny (ha ha) on this program. I've had the surgery, but could use any additional support that will help my head. Anyone care to share? This is an excerpt from one of the postings: I have been on a weight loss program that I feel is doable, life changing and life revitalizing. On it I have lost over 25 pounds, with about 15 more to go. This program is called the Weigh Down Workshop. It has changed my whole approach to eating. In it there are no rules or restrictions, self-condemnation, etc. There is not even a focus on food, at all! It provides a guide to completely free anyone truly seeking from the bondage of over-eating and over weight. A wonderful site concerning this program is located at www.wdworkshop.com http://www.wdworkshop.com> . I invite everyone to visit this site. I promise you, it can totally change your life, your entire world. Check it out! ***Also, if you get a chance, go to http://onhealth.com/women/in-depth/item/item,91744_1_1.asp http://onhealth.com/women/in-depth/item/item,91744_1_1.asp> and take the poll. It asks, " Would you consider surgery for obesity? " Of course, the question should be, IF YOU WERE MORBIDLY OBESE... because I know lots of people wouldn't make the decision I did, but they haven't walked in my shoes! Thanks, everyone, and sorry this is so long. Blessings, Amy. _____________________________________________ Amy S.
