Guest guest
Hi Marla, 750mg; that's the same amount that the european med, nicomide contains. Niacinimide is a non-flushing " B3 " , as opposed to niacin, but you may feel some tingling. You don't want to exceed 1000mg a day, though; some evidence of liver toxicity at higher levels. Cheers Re: niacinimide seems to be working well on papules > How much B 3 are you taking daily. Guest guest
Well, since I have no clue what the " cea Diet " is, I seem to have stumbled on to something via trial, error and thorough research. I've got news for you, though, Brady. All the components of my regimen are the result of leads I gathered from this list, followed up by my own online research. So, the " secret recipe " is in apparently readily available if one is just willing to do their homework. Search the list archives; it's all there. Best of luck to you in any case. Re: niacinimide seems to be working well on papules How did you find out how the cea Diet works? I have no record of your purchasing it, so did you figure this out yourself or did you read it somewhere? I had gotten the flaring under control with the low sugar/carb diet with antioxidants and the oiliness with B5. But the stubborn papules weren't responding. Now the " B3 " seems to have mainly cleared them up as well. It's gratifying to me to have gotten a handle on my condition via diet and non-prescription supplements. I suspect a lot of conditions could be ameliorated with just such preventative measures (shhh... but, don't tell the AMA) Cheers -- Please read the list highlights before posting to the whole group (http://rosacea.ii.net/toc.html).
