Guest guest
Hey Darlene, IM with you don't bring anything except toothbrush and toothpaste, lip gloss (They have hunks in the operating area).I brought a Yatzzee game and hung out in Joanne's [the Travel agents room) till I got my own room. We had a little time to play but we walked the halls and tracked down all the 6-8-00 post-ops and asked them questions and scoped them out to see if we'd make it. Next thing we knew we were doing paper work getting our robes on and lovely stockings. I had time to read about a half of a people magazine before I was being taken down for pre-op. I got in earlier then I was supposed to about 2:30. I was back in my room at 4:00 and up and walking looking for my buddies by 7:00. Felt great that night. My 13 year old spent the night to help me out. IM glad she did made me feel like I was home.Joannes son said his Mom had more points on her pain pump then I did. LOTS MORE. I cracked up. Went home next day by 10:00 or 11:00. My hubby filled all scripts that day but I didn't need the stuff for nausea or the malox so wait before you fill that stuff. If you ever need my little bit of comments IM here for you all. I pray for everyone every night. We are family all of my littermates and me. Love from Florida
