Has using a perfume and dye free laundry detergent on pillowcases and face

towels made a difference for anyone? I've also noticed that there are

perfume and dye free fabric softener sheets available. Perhaps using no

fabric softeners at all would be the better choice?

Years ago a derm told me that he thought fabric

softeners and dryer sheets were the #1 cause of skin

irritation.
