Do not deny your child fruits and vegetables as a high protein diet is

unbalanced. Our SCD

restricts only certain types of carbs but not the quantity. if yast is a concern

there are anti-

fungals and you can just be moderate with fuit and honey and later with dried

fruit but

should not have to exclude them.
