Does it need to be goat yogurt? We are not casein free now and don't believe that DS is autistic (it's more general gut problems, although he does have some sort of special needs--it's more like an ADHD thing, I think, though). We're following the BTVC version of the intro. rather than the diet on pecanbread that seems more for dealing with autism and coming off of a GFCF diet, so we're eating the cheesecake and some DCCC mixed with a bit of yogurt from day one.
