During attacks, my pain is always in the right upper quadrant,

running along ribs and radiating to my back.

Leaning forward has been the only position that I've been able to

hold during those episodes. I also found that sitting in a tub of

warm to hot water has helped ease the pain for a while.

I always know when my EUS blocks are wearing off because the pain

returns to that exact area each and every time.

I can't even allow our cats to climb on that part of my torso.

It will always cause pain, even with a block.
