Guest guest
According to the book, you should choose a standardized probiotic product, select products from a reputable source. Look for a product that contains L.acidophilus,B.bifidum, and L.bulgaricus. Be sure the bacteria are in a sunflower-oil-matrix and encased in a two-piece hard gelatin capsule. This is important if u buy a combo, cause the bacteria must be separated in a oil mix. If u buy freeze dried powder, be sure the powder contains a single bacterial super strain. Quality probiotics should be protected by heavy glass bottles that shield the living organims from light and moisture. To be effective, a probiotic supplement should contain a guaranteed count of at least 1 billion bacteria. In choosing probiotics, price is oftern an indication of quality. And look for the label which says; not centrifuged. //Kajsa --- emarjency emarjency@...> skrev: > > > > > > " You can stay on minocycline > > > indefinately, especially if it helps > > > your > > > > flushing " > > > > > > > > > > > > Leaky Gut Syndrome (LGS) has been reported to > > > account for at least > > > 50% of chronic health care complaints, in > today's > > > society.
