Zia Fresh Cleansing Gel is the only cleanser I use. I think it is

awesome. I don't use makeup, but I wear Zinco and an

additional layer of Clarin's moisturizing tint, and the Zia

cleansing gel takes those off just fine. I think it is the ideal

combination of gentle and soothing, yet strong enough to clean

my skin. I tried several other things Dr. Nase recommended and

didn't like them as well. I use the Zia twice a day, morning and

night. I know some people only wash their faces once a day, but

it just gives me the creeps to wake up or go to bed without

washing. I buy the Zia at Whole Foods. It's one of the few items

they carry that's just as cheap as on the web. And if you travel or

go to the gym like I do, it also comes in these cool little refillable

travel sizes.

I've been using zia fresh cleansing gel for

about 4 days. I like the way it takes off my

make-up and my skin feels soft. The only thing

I've noticed is that I have some small, white

flakes on my face. I don't know yet if this is

a good thing or a bad thing. I'll try it for a

few more days to see if it stops. Other than that,

it hasn't irritated my cheeks where I tend to be

pink (or red-depending on my day). It might be too

soon to tell for sure. If something changes I'll

let you know!
