Dawn, consider that you may be allergic to one of the products you are using.

I would stop everything, except warm compresses, for a few days and change

brand of lubricating eye drops, making sure you have one with no

preservatives. Buy a single dose vial.

What is the ointment you are using? Also read my old posts on Omega oils,

taken internally for ocular symptoms. Good luck, Kate

I agree. Lanolin, petroleum (Vaseline etc) and fingernail polish are

big triggers for me. I used to put a little petroleum jelly around

my eyes at night before I went to bed. After being told this is a

common trigger for occular rosacea, I stopped and my eyes are much

better.
