Guest guest Posted February 23, 2006 Report Share Posted February 23, 2006 I know that many people believe that there are better alternatives, and we will keep looking, but the intro. diet actually made our family more constipation, and I don't think I can just back out of miralax right away. Can DS take it now and taper off, or does it invalidate the diet? Thanks, Sherri p.s. Other than that, starting the diet has gone a bit better than expected, but boy were my kids tantrum prone on the second two days. If that's yeast die off, I hope they finish dying off soon.
