Dear Suzi and All,

I purchase my organic seeds from " Territorial Seed Company " in Cottage Grove,

OR. Another source for organic seed is " Sheperds Seeds " but i cannot remember

where they are located.

In general commercial seed sprouters soak the seeds per FDA recommendation in

bleach water (i.e. 2000ppm chlorine water).

Small quantities can be soaked per FDA recommendation in boiled water which has

been cooled to a temperature of 135 degrees F for five minutes.

Home sprouters come with directions. If there are questions about the many

different kinds of sprouts...just ask and i will do my best to answer.

I generally will soak the seed while preparing a cup of tea or a meal. It is

not difficult for me. I was shocked at how easy it is...which was a plus for

someone working full time plus. Making changes was gradual for me and i am so

glad i took the time. I also starting growing wheatgrass for my cats!
