Hi Sue,

them. Do you guys divide the pill up each day or just take one pill a

You can either split the dose -filling a legal empty capsule with 1.5

bill and then taking the rest later- or just take one/day.

This would be for myself.

Weak green tea is legal. A maximum of two cups /day.
