I also have a very mild case. I didn't like the way Lac Hydrin felt

on my skin, so I gave up on it. I have heard a lot of good things

about products containing lactic acid (ammonium lactate). Other

products I have found recommended for the condition are: LactiCare-

HC Lotion 2-1/2% (avail by prescription), tea tree oil antiseptic

cream, Afirm 3X (contains retinol), AmLactin cream or lotion, Glytone

(contains glycolic acid)-they supposedly have a keratosis pilaris kit

and MD Forte (also has glycolic acid). A dermatology group makes

their own products: http://www.leonederm.com/.

I could go on and on, there's tons of products and solutions out

there, I understand its hereditary, but controllable. I also

understand that it lessens with age (which I think is what happened

to me). If you search the 'net for " keratosis pilaris " , there is so

much information to read.

Below is a link by someone who has discovered a regimen that works

for them in controlling the condition. You can tell that they

definitely do not have rosacea, but the information may be helpful

for treating the rest of your body - not your face!:
