Die off stinks! I felt crappy all weekend again too. I guess there

are just that many nasties in there that we need to get rid of!

Hope you feel better soon. Patience is hard for me too but I had

a " cheat " yesterday and I'm paying the price today. :(

Well, my daughter is paying the price, which makes it even worse!

can some of the vets talk about typical and common die off signs and

symptoms? I am mainly concerned about skin but all imput is welcomed.
