PLease help! More photoderm or accutane?

Hi,

I have had 5 all over photoderm treatments. The last was 3 months ago

and I am having worse burning now, than I had before. I was also using

protopic for a year and a half, which really kept my skin under

control, but I think has made me more sensitive, unfortunately. I

frequently am in a lot of pain, so much so that I have had to take a

leave of absence from work. The last few days, I have been in so much

pain that I too have been taking vicodin, but it doesn't help me

enough. I have another photoderm session scheduled for this Thursday

and I'm wondering if I should cancel it. The last one I had, I was in

so much pain for over a week that my doc didn't want to do anymore.

Should I do it when I am in mid flare and need the vicodin for pain?

I'm not sure what to do. I'm considering accutane at this point,

because I've read that it can help with the burning, but then I'll have

to wait over a year if I want to do more photoderm.
