Here is the recommended probiotic regimen when taking

antiobics from the book " Probiotics nature's internal

healers,Natasha Trenev.

# Two hours following each prescribed dose of

antibiotics, take 2 capsules each of L.acidophilus,

and B.bifidum(or 1-2 teaspoons powder), along with 1

teaspoon L.bulgaricus powder mixed in 6 to 8 ounces

unchilled filtered water. For added strength, also

take 1 combination capsule that contains all three

super strains in an oil matrix carrier three times

daily.

#Before be, take another dose of the powders as

described above.

#If experiencing stomach upset, mix anther dose as

described above and sip it slowly

#For at least two weeks following antibiotic

treatment, double or triple the above rgimen.
