Guest guest
Someone sent me this link and I thought it would be interest to the group... You can view a new web page Conexión Migrante: Health and Education Services at www.stcc.cc.tx.us/Library/guides/migrante.htm. This page was designed to be used in a new program with my school, the Nursing and Allied Health Center of South Texas Community College, and the school of nursing of town University. The program will offer an advanced certificate in migrant health care. The page Conexión Migrante contains sites that can be used by school district migrant directors and counselors, the Texas Migrant Council, and the Head Start Program to help migrant students and their families to locate educational, health, and other supportive services in all states. Forty percent of the migrants and forty percent of all farmworkers of Texas live here in Hidalgo county. Take a look at the new web page and make it a link. Send me a private message and let me know what you think and send me suggestions. Thank you very much in advance.
