The other drink is pear, kale, dandelion greens and ginger. I use part of the stalk of the dandelion but break off some of the kale. I dilute both with water Carol F. You can eat both the stems and root with beets, but the stems of beets are fibrous so don't overdo it ; go slow the first time. She cannot tolerate them cooked or pureed. Thanks.
