Guest guest
Hi everyone. Well, I really don't have any real news on Caden's CT report from Friday but did get his films to take with me. His dr wanted me to bring them to him. I am no radiologist but I think his left nasal passage is completely blocked. Also, the tech doing his CT asked me if it was more his left side that had the problems. The last time, he had only maxillary mucosal thickening. She said it was also in the sphenoid sinuses too. And it lookes like ther is NO airway on the left side and very little on the right but.... I think the polyp had responded to the steroids. We will see how close I am Monday. The dr shoud get a report then. Not sure when the blood allergy test will be ready. One other thing...... I noticed on Caden's CT was his head shape. It's the skull shape. At the top of his head (very top and down the center), his head is coming to a triangle. Looks like an A. I hope it doesn't get worse. It's like a A raised up right through the center. Not flat or round. I already know that he has a little larger head and is quite narrow through his face and it is a little thinner from front to back than the typcial round head. He also has a protruding forehead (not severe).. with a somehwhat flatter nasal bridge. I don't know if the skull shape can cause the flattened nasal bridge or not. I was just wondering if this is something to be concerned about. Krystena s Caden 4 yrs GAII PS Got my ultrasound on Tuesday. Baby is a little small for gestational age but looks good. He/She is a little under 2 inces long but looks like it has arms and legs and was very active! I didn't get the actual report from the Dr. The nurse just told me how it looked. I have to go back to get blood work results and ultrasound reports. Will keep you posted.
