Genz,

Thanks so much for sharing. I too am married to a wonderful man named Randy,

and have been for 27 years. Randy has never been a big supporter of dieting and

once when I was considering RYN, he hit the ceiling and put a stop to it real

quick. After that he began to really see my suffering and to notice that I was

still gaining almost out of control. Since I found DrR, Randy has been wonderful

and so supportive, he listens and ask questions. He visits the site and reads

daily e-mails. He has read the info manual and has begun to work on his letter

for my packet. Once he saw the pain (physical and mental) he became a one man

support system. We are both praying for my insurance approval and are looking

forward to the time our lives will be changed and this time for the better.

I am 43 yrs old, 5'4 and 318 lbs, I have been over 200 for more than 20 years

and over 300 for almost 2 years. My husbands famous words have always been I

love you for who you are, but could never say he would have dated let alone

married me at 200+ lbs, I weighed 115 when I married and the dress I wore was a

size 7. I am hoping to give that back to both of us.

Like so many I have read about and from on this site, I feel like my coming

across this site was my personal gift from God and feel in my heart that DrR is

going to be my earthly saving grace.
