Any Cigna patients out there?

Hi friends,

I know quite a few of you were covered by Cigna, but how many were covered by

going out of network? They are telling me they will not let us go out of

network because a surgeon in network performs the " same " surgery. After

convincing them that it is NOT the same surgery, I'd like to be able to say

that Cigna has gone out of network before for Dr R. They did admit that WLS

IS covered, so that is good, at least.

Any attorneys out there? Do I suggest, in my strongly worded third letter to

them that we will be contacting an attorney?
