Guest guest
Actually, a lot of people have emailed him back and he has not responded--this was a strange post but i would not be too quick to dismiss that SSRIs are of no value. I have read a few anecdotal testimonies on other boards that Effexor is effective for some in reducing flushing. On some acne boards, i have read stories of how some have treated their condition through skilled relaxtion which does have some effects on some of the chemicals released by certian organs--i am not a doctor so I am not sure how it all works but these people were not trying to sell anything, just relating their own personal stories. I think we all know that the human brain is the most extraordinary creation on the face of this planet so why not try to fix the brain first and see what the effects may be on the rest of our body--I am not a new age thinker type, but this whole concept (SSRI) seems somewhat rational to me--hey not much else is working. > >To: rosacea-support >Subject: Re: Fwd: rosacea-resolved >Date: Thu, 06 Jun 2002 15:21:04 -0000 > > >It's human nature to want to find a " cure " for our suffering, or at >the very least pinpoint a universal causative factor.
