Guest guest Posted March 10, 2002 Report Share Posted March 10, 2002 One problem I have (i'm a twenty-something male) is clogged pores and oily skin on my nose, in addition to rosacea. This is only a problem with my nose. You can see the dilemma: I can't seem to get rid of the oiliness and clogged pores without aggravating the rosacea and making everything redder. I won't put up with that. Has anyone had any success with a topical that helps unclog pores but is gentle enough for rosacea? I've been thinking of trying Neutrogena's Deep Pore Treatment with salyclic acid, but starting off maybe twice a week, instead of every night like they recommend, moving up if there's no irritation.
