Hey all....Ken Ross has been denied disability.

Has Mark every called and talked with our pancreaitis attorney, it

would be well worth his time. I fired my prevoius attorney in March

and made Mr. McAuley my attorney in May he took over my case, I had a

court hearing in October and was awarded my judgement exactly one

week later ( getting my approval letter in the mail). I had tried for

3 years, my previous attorney had done nothing, I provided all of the

documentation to him, and he never submitted any of it. I had managed

to have 2 heart attacks in the mean time and many many more

hospitalizations, my physical condition had decreased to the point

that I could not hold my head up, I was suffering from severe

malnutriton. I made up my mind that they would have look me in my

face and listen to what I had to say about my conditon, come on Mark

call the man and talk to him, what have you got to loose, it's a toll

free number. By the way he came from Washington D.C. to Indiana for
