Guest guest
Please be careful about taking too much OTC anti-inflammatory meds. I had migraines for years, and Kaiser gave nothing for it. So I tried to cover the pain using rotating brands and doses of aspirin, acetomenophen, and ibuprophen. Thought it was gonna be ok, but ended up becoming flagrantly allergic to all of them. That was about 15 years ago. Still cannot take acetamenophen. Asperin is dicey. Able to use ibuprophen in small doses occasionally only. These things will hurt you if you take too much, too fast for system to clear out the byproducts of metabolizing them. Please check with your Dr. about how much is safe to take. Using them to " just to function " is not worth the price you might pay for doing it. It is better to take the time off and let the headache pass.....might even try drinking a couple glasses of water with lemon or lime juice in it, to see if that helps it go faster.
