We suggest you or a hired individual spend a day preparing ahead and freezing food. www.J.Gourmet.ca and www.digestivewellness.com have some legal products you will find useful that are prepared. They try to do a good job. I have never used their products as I don't do much " store bought. " Those that do order DW seem pleased but in truth we have had to be in touch with them on occasion to discuss legality. Jody may be able to comment further. Carol F.
