I finally got a surgery date!!!!!

Well, I received good news. My surgery date is 9/21. However, the surgery

will be done by Dr. Carasquilla in Lauderdale Lakes, Fl. That is where it is

approved to be done by the insurance. After all the appeal, and going before

the plumbers board, I am grateful, that I will soon be starting a NEW

LIFE!!!!!
