Lara, you call Debbie or Barbara to get your appointment for clinic once you

have insurance approval and if you don't want to make an extra trip to

Durham, after you get your surgery date. When I got my insurance approval I

sent my packet and when Dr. R had approved me for surgery Barbara called and

gave me a surgery date and a clinic appointment.

Do I need an appointment??
