I'm not a doctor and I'm not an expert, but it sounds to me like you may not

have cea. The one symptom common to everybody with cea is facial

flushing. cea also in MOST cases (not all) only effects the face, not

the neck/chest. With typical cea, the bumps/papules/pustules, come

Later, and are caused directly by months/years of facial flushing/dilated

blood vessels/broken capillaries. There are many, many conditions out there

that are misdiagnosed as cea, if you aren't confident with your

diagnosis, you may want to seek a second opinion.

That being said, cea comes in many different forms, you may just have a

unique case.

Actually roscea on neck and chest is NOT so uncommom--it can happen quite

frequently by the way. I am not a doctor but I know a handful of people with

it.
