He thinks that... they are irritating. Anything that is irritating is angiogenic, thereby worsening the underlying microvascular problem leading to a worsening of the rosacea. Wait until Galderma hears about this. Seriously, Dr. Nase is usually right on. But, his rosacea was exceptionally serious in the flusing department. I don't think the great masses will be harmed by cetyl alcohol. Let's all hope Dr. Nase can join us, personally, for a reply. Everyone likes Dr. Nase. Anyone know when he's set to come back???
