If I see the little flakes immediately after washing does that mean

that my skin has been irritated by the cleanser . Or are these flakies part of

the whole inflammation thing from the action of the water, the motion of the

fingers on the face. Geez, how I am suppposed to get the sebum off my skin to

prevent the sebderm from taking over?
