Hey guys and gals,

Do I need an appointment to see Dr. R on clinic day?? If so, do I just fill

out the info on the web site under schedule an appointment or do I call

Debbie and get it?

PS For all of you wondering about the Depo-Provera shot, Dr. R said to stop

getting the shots.
