Applesauce or a fruit sauce usually works well. I don't recall if your child is on the autism spectrum. Sorry. If he's not, there may be no reason for you to eliminate dairy producs. You would just need to switch to not giving liquid milk to drink, giving legal cheeses and making your own yogurt for him. And there are the rare exceptions of ASD kids who do okay with cow's milk products. There are more who can tolerate goat's milk products. And there are others who cannot tolerate either.
