Softened stools, but I don't think it was D. No rash. I don't recall a

stomach ache, just a very sore bottom.

Have you tried eggs again since being on SCD?

No. I'm trying to stay away from the allergens (IgA to gluten, casein,

eggs). I've though about trying duck eggs at some point, but we have good

fats & protein elsewhere. It's the low selection of veggies that I'm

concerned about.

No. I do happen to have one sitting on my counter that I haven't cooked

yet. Will try it in the next day or so.

I've been making homemade coconut yogurt and using some sauerkraut juice

here and there. I was very consistent for the first 6 weeks or so, then

it's been off and on. The coconut milk yogurt is a lot of work! LOL. I

have some cabbage sitting in my fridge, too, waiting to be made into kraut.

Thanks,

Steph

Right. I'm not introducing his allergens at all. I was introducing SCD

foods too fast and not paying enough attention to stool reactions. His

stools are much better this time around. I'm just concerned about him not

being able to eat much of a selection of veggies without it softening his

stools again.

Since you're a celiac, too, how did you handle veggies in the beginning?
