Guest guest
Hi Can anyone tell me why this is, all mornings when getting up at six am (very early for me) I dread. Not just because of the lack of sleep but also because I always, without fail wake with a very swollen (so swollen I can feel it " heavy " ) hot (but amazingly not too red)extremely dry face- without fail!!!! I can't work out why......... I so dread it.... _________________________________________________________________ Chat with friends online, try MSN Messenger: http://messenger.msn.com
Guest guest
with me similiar , but ive found that if i dont get my required sleep(normal 8/9 hrs) my face is very red. for me rest and recouperation is essential. if i go to bed late on a few nights and still get my 8/9 hrs i still flush as i went to bed late.im the opposite to you. aslong as you can avoid being run down and try to keep to a mechanical bed time you shoudlnt suffer, sounds crazy but must be the bodyclock screwing around or something. dave --- naomi smith nagrow@...> wrote: > > > Hi > Can anyone tell me why this is, all mornings when getting up at six am > (very > early for me) I dread.
