Guest guest
, And then there's the MSFW Enumeration Profiles Study for Washington which has migrant and seasonal farmworker population for every county in the state. It can be found (with the other 9 state reports) at: http://www.bphc.hrsa.gov/migrant/enumeration/enumerationstudy.htm (There is a similar report for Oregon linked through : http://www.casaoforegon.org/home.html ) You can ask the Office of Pesticide Programs, EPA for answers to your other WPS-related questions particularly concerning training. We are in the middle of developing a national WPS pilot train-the-trainer program to educate workers so lots of information. Here are some contacts: Devaux: Devaux.@... , Mike Walsh: Walsh.@... Last, you might try Pat O'Connell Marer at Univ. of California-. He's been doing WPS worker and handler training for a long time: pjmarer@... Hope the paper turns out well. Alice Alice C. Guest guest
Greetings I am a doctoral student doing my study on health care for farmworkers in Imperial County, CA. I was curious if there were any updates past 2000 of farmworker demographics in this county, and I was also curious if anyone knew of specific numbers on those who cross the border everyday versus those that live in Imperial County. Any ideas??? THANK YOU Kun Doctoral Candidate of Population and International Health Harvard School of Public Health 921 10th Street #219 Santa , CA 90403 310 779 2223 hkun@...
