Guest guest
i am pretty sure that taking one tablespoon of flaxseed oila day is helping my skin....it was red and flakey on my cheeks and it seems to be going away. getting enough sleep makes a HUGE difference in my skins appearance. i need 8-9 hours and when i don't get that, it shows. hth, carrie > > Date: Thu, 17 Jan 2002 13:23:17 +0000 > To: rosacea-support > Subject: seb derm help please? > > Hi, Sorry if this is treading old ground but my seb derm seems fairly > unmanageable right now. Guest guest
I've had great success lately in combating a seb derm outbreak using Udo's Choice Oil Blend (liquid - 2-3 tbs. a day), plus Noritate, Phytome's cea Cream and also Nisoral cream. But I think it was the Udo's Choice (blend that includes all essential oils) that did the trick, as the seb derm just gradually cleared starting from the time I started using the oil. I take it either " straight " or on food, depending on what I am eating. I think it also helps support general health. Kathy
