active charcoal?

Hi Toni,

It depends on what the problem is. Has he added anything new

recently, foods/meds/supplements?

Some go through a 3 month flare. We usually suggest backing up to

more easily digested foods if that is the case. Once the flare

passes continue to gradually add in more complex foods and see if

they are tolerated.
