Hi Deborah!

Check the ingredients listings on the bottle. I ran across this a few years

with our ins company. The ingredients in the generic are COMPLETELY

different from Ultrase. It was a huge dispute, but considering it is not at

all the same medication, they covered it. It is a legal issue I think.

Have your doctors office not allow them to substitute the generic. Good

luck!
