Rick felt like that too. It took a few days to kick in for him. When he went

to clinic last tuesday (6 days after surgery) to have his staples removed he

had only lost 4 lbs. Today he is down 15 lbs. He also has a hard time

watching me eat. That is getting better too. Maybe he is just waiting for my

surgery so we will be eating the same stuff. LOL He is so happy and full of

energy. He would do it again in a heart beat.

Be patient! It will work. In a week you will be smiling and again doing the

happy dance. I will be on the other side soon. Then you can give me the pep

talk!
