Apply for a medical waiver for your child thru your local department of

social services.They can grant medicaid to kids regardless of the finiancal

state of the family.They go on the childs income and it is called the medical

wavier(sp) program they may need a case manager to help you .BeckyB. who has

been dealing with the (system ) for 19+ years.
