Guest guest
I don't know if this helps, but... every time I've broken out on my forehead, it turned out to be related to a hair product -- conditioner, shampoo, or styling product. The same thing I can't eat without flushing and breaking out (wheat, etc.), I can't apply to my skin. (The rash on my forehead usually took the form of a fine rash made up of little, tiny pustules that would dry up and eventually flake and peel.) When I did a quick check of all the products that made me break out over the years -- I found that all of them contained hydrolyzed wheat protein, wheat germ oil, etc. Wheat protein is very sticky stuff that really hangs on the skin (think pot after boiling pasta). Keep in mind that I'm not saying you're allergic to the same things I am, but if you already know that certain foods trigger your skin, you might want to check labels for similar ingredients -- avocado oil, almond oil, herbs, etc. Suzi __________________________________________________
