Guest guest
Does anyone know which is best? I am not fully understanding any of this. ORGANIC OIL BLEND 3:1 Ratio Omega-6 to Omega-3 or ORGANIC OIL BLEND 1:1 Ratio Omega-6 to Omega-3 This URL seems to be a better price than most so far... http://www.iherb.com/essential2.html
Guest guest
I take this product also. It is cheaper to buy direct from Omega Nutrition's website - omeganutrition.com The Essential Balance capsules are priced at $8.33/bottle of 120 capsules if you buy 6 bottles, or $8.96/bottle if you buy less. They have a lot of information on their website about how the oil is processed and so forth, I'm no expert on which is best. I do see a difference in my skin all over, not just my face. Gale, How many do you take a day, and do you take them with meals? How long before you noticed changes in your body? What sort of changes did you notice? a

Guest guest
The recommended dose is 3 capsules per day/I take mine with meals because a lot of things make me nauseated on an empty stomach. It doesn't say you have to take it with food. After taking them for a two or three weeks, I started noticing that my skin wasn't as itchy and flaky, and it felt softer. I didn't have to use as much body lotion, and a lot of the time I didn't use lotion at all. I don't notice a lot of improvement in rosacea on face and neck, just a little less dryness. It is not providing quite as much relief in the winter, but I am not able to afford to take more. My sister uses it, and she takes double to triple the recommended dose with no side affects and more benefit. Hope this helps, Gale --- " Princess (DSL) " wistful@...> wrote: > > I take this product also.
