Guest guest
Can anyone recommend any good lipstick shades/brands that do not accentuate the redness? It seems that every shade I try just " highlights " the fact that I have rosacea. Thanks.
Guest guest
For me, lipsticks that are cool colors such as raspberry or blue- based reds seem to work the best. I have an olive complexion, and brown, peach, coral, or orange based lipstick seems to bring out the blotchiness. My lips are very pale in color so I have to use darker shades or my skin looks blotchy. I like to use Clinique's Plum Jam or Berry Kiss. I also like Chanel's Infrarouge Lipstick in the Velvet shade or Estee Lauder in Red Velvet. (I know these companies are pricey, but I have very sensitive skin on my lips, which is probably rare. They chap horribly or my lips can split open. I have to be careful.) If you don't need to wear such dark lipcolors, a cool-based pink would be good to wear. I hope you find something that works for you. Take care, Matija > Can anyone recommend any good lipstick shades/brands that do not > accentuate the redness?
