They both have different active ingredients, and I do not know what the effect of combining them would be. I might recommend using only one of the ltd disks until your skin becomes conditioned to the new medicine. Also, it may help if you stop applying any medicine for a day or 2, before you restart. This is what I did. Unfortunately, the disks did not help eliminate the permanent redness in my case. Has anyone used these and metrogel at the same time. I stopped using metrogel & started using these about 6 days ago. My face is getting worse. I am considering combing the two things.
