Nanci,

You shouldn't avoid posting just because you are not sure if your child has CF

or not. This is a support group. If you read today's previous posts you will

see, that your questions and comments are welcome no matter how Philip is

diagnosed. I'm sure that all of us are praying (right along with you) that it

isn't CF. But if it is, you've come to the right place. Sometimes the doctors

are not always right. It might take the knowledge that you can gain from the

parents here and some persistence on your part to get the doctor motivated into

taking you seriously. Anyway, welcome.

I'm not sure of your circumstances, but I also have seven children. Granted I

have been divorced twice, but only one of my children has CF. Follow your heart

on this. If you feel something is wrong. Keep pushing until someone listens.

After all, it's not like you are new at this mother thing. You have experience.

Good luck, and please keep us informed. I look foreword to hearing more from

you.
