Apologies to Omaha but classes last six weeks and those i co-conduct with the

authors of

grain-Free Gourmet take place in Toronto. They wind up Thursday.

I'm not Carol, but the classes are in Canada.

If you are looking for one here in the US, I'll be at AutismOne again

on the Pre-Conference day with nearly 4 hours of SCD cooking in the

afternoon.

As far as a travelling cooking class... we'd need some funding from

somewhere to afford the airplane tickets.
