From the sounds of it, you've had your fill of hospitals for a while, so I hope this session now passes quickly and you are able to make it at home. At least you were able finally to get that diagnosis that you needed. I know it was a long road and frustrating to get to this point, but you're perseverence has finally paid off. I guess getting relief was too much to ask. I'm praying that you have any easy time with it and start feeling better soon. As I'm sure you know, it takes many days to recoop after a hospital stay, they are seldom restful! Guest guest
Jenise, I know it may not seem like much right now, but at least you've gotten the official diagnosis finally! Hope this attack passes quickly. Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@... Guest guest
Jenise, Sorry to hear that you had so much problems with your ERCP> I haven't been online much lately and just tring to get caught up with some past due e-mails. I hope that you were able to stay out of the hospital. In Columbus, what hospital do you go to. Hope you are feeling better. Take Care, Louie in WV Jenise I am home finally from the hospital! The test study didn't keep me from having an attack. My stay at the Cleveland Clinic was terrible. I got discharged after my ERCP stent removal yesterday and am having an attack. I may end up going to Columbus tonight to be admitted, but am trying to deal with the pain at home. I have had my fill of hospitals!! For 3 days I ran a fever of 104.5 and they couldn't figure out why. When you are admitted to the Cleveland Clinic you get a team of doctors to care for you and you never see your specialist the whole time. My goal now is to figure out what to do to get an appointment with doctor Sutherland. I definately have CP and the 3 sphinterotomys the have tried have failed. I also have sphinter of oddi disfunction. Guess I got a diagnosis from the Cleveland Clinic, just no relief. Jenise

Guest guest
Re: Jenise Louie, I go to St. Ann's hospital when I am able. THey have private rooms and a wonderful nursing staff. Guess I'm spoiled there b/c the Cleveland Clinic seemed like a hospital hell. Not the standard of care I am used to. I actually just got out again. I had another attack. They are so frequent! My doctor would rather I go the trip of sphincteroplasty, whipple, pstewtow, ect. instead of going to Dr, Sutherland, but I decided I already started with doctor Sutherland and the less surgeries the better and the faster this is over the better.
